Terms of service

What the service is, and is not

• MyHumanDriver.com provides website-building tools each driver uses to publish a personal website with a permanent address, and an optional public directory of those websites. Listing in the directory is a separate choice a driver can turn on or off at any time; it never changes the website itself. Listed businesses operate independently.
• We do not take bookings, dispatch rides, employ drivers, set prices or process payments for rides or errands. Payment buttons on a page open the driver's own payment accounts; we never handle the money.
• We do not verify drivers' identity, licences, insurance or vehicles. A directory listing means a driver's published website has directory participation turned on, nothing more. Any ride or errand is an arrangement between you and that driver.

Driver accounts

• Keep your login email and password private. You are responsible for what is published from your account.
• Give accurate information. Your display name, number, services, areas and vehicle must be yours and current.
• You are responsible for meeting the laws, licences and insurance requirements that apply to the services you advertise. Rules for advertising driver services differ by place and can require a permit before you advertise; learn and follow the ones that apply to you. What you declare on your website are your own statements; we cannot and do not check them for you.

Your content

• You own it. You keep the rights to the text and photos you publish.
• You allow us to run the service with it. By publishing, you let us store, process, display and distribute your page content as the service requires: making display copies of your photos, screening the public text and displayed photos before publication, showing the website at its permanent address and, if you choose, in the directory, and including it in the Free Media Kit you generate.
• You confirm you have the rights. Upload only photos you took or have permission to use, of yourself, your vehicle or places you may show. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, copyrighted images, logos or stock photos you are not licensed to use.
• Payment buttons must be your own accounts. The editor asks you to confirm this for each link.
• Not allowed: harassment, hate, sexual content, violence or threats, illegal services, misleading or deceptive links, impersonating someone else, or content that is not about your own driver services.

Screening, review and reports

• Every publication is screened automatically before it goes live, and flagged pages are held for review by the site owner. The owner may refuse, hold, suspend or remove a page that breaks these terms, and may pause new signups or publications when the review queue is full.
• Anyone can report a page with “Flag for review”. Reports are reviewed by the site owner; the site publishes no ratings or reviews.

Fees and the free period

• Three calendar months free, starting the day your page first goes live. Creating an account or saving drafts does not start the free period.
• After that, $5 per month or $50 per year keeps your page public. It is one fixed subscription for your website and Media Kit (digital files only: printing, paper stock and shipping are not included), independent of directory views, contacts or the services you offer: there are no commissions, referral or per-lead fees, and no share of your earnings. The directory listing is included and optional.
• No automatic charges. The site has no card capture or automatic billing today; nothing is billed without your explicit action. Before your free period ends we will tell you how to renew.
• If our renewal process is still not available when your free period ends, your page stays public for a one-time 30-day courtesy extension at no cost. If renewal is available by then, the free period ends on its original date.
• When your access ends without renewal, your page leaves public view. Your draft, photos and address stay with your account so you can publish again after renewing.

Availability

We run a small service and aim to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, search ranking, visits, calls or work. Maintenance, capacity pauses and outages can happen.

Ending the service

• You can unpublish at any time from your account; your page leaves public view immediately. To close your account, contact support.
• We may suspend or remove a page or account that breaks these terms, and we will record the decision.

Responsibility

MyHumanDriver.com provides website-building tools and an optional directory. Listed businesses operate independently. We are not a party to any ride, errand, payment or agreement between a visitor and a driver, and the service is provided as it is, without warranties about drivers, visitors or outcomes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the services drivers provide or for how visitors use the information on a page.

Contact, reports and abuse

• Report a page. Every published driver page has a “Flag for review” link at the bottom. Reports go to the site owner for review; you do not need an account.
• Support and privacy requests. Contact ricky@mynashvilledriver.com. Use it for account questions, removal or correction requests, and anything you cannot report through a page.

Changes

We update these terms when the service changes, and the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the updated terms. See also the privacy policy.
