Questions from drivers and from the people who find them here.
For drivers
- How much? First 3 months free. Then $5/month or $50/year.
- What goes on my website? Your photos, vehicle, services, primary and secondary areas, optional bio, and your phone number for Call / Text / Save to Contacts.
- Can I pick my own look? Yes: three layouts, three colour presets or your own four colours, and the order of your optional sections, all from the Design stage of your page.
- How do I sign up? Create your account at myhumandriver.com/account/register and confirm your email. Three calendar months free, starting the day your page first goes live. No automatic charge: nothing is billed without your explicit action, and we never process payments for rides or errands. See driver websites.
- Is the directory required? No. Publishing your website and appearing in the directory are separate choices. For new websites the directory is off unless you turn it on; a setting carried over from before the directory became optional stays on until you change it. You can change it at any time without touching your website.
- Do I get printed business cards? No. The Free Media Kit is digital files only: downloadable flyer, business card and display card designs, a standalone QR code and social images. Printing, paper stock and shipping are not included; print them yourself or use your own print shop. From the print formats, your browser's Print dialog offers “Save as PDF”.
For customers
- How do I book? You don't book here. Open a driver's page and call or text them directly.
- Are prices listed? Only if a driver puts them on their page. Rates are set by each driver.
- Who is responsible for the ride or errand? The driver you contact. MyHumanDriver.com provides website-building tools and an optional directory. Listed businesses operate independently. We are not a party to the service.
- Why is a city empty? No published driver website there has directory participation turned on yet. We never list drivers who have not signed up.
- How do I report a page? Use the “Flag for review” link at the bottom of any driver page. The site owner reviews every report.
- Where are the privacy policy and terms? Privacy policy and terms of service. Both describe exactly what the site does with visitor and driver information.
